The interior is surprisingly spacious, modern, and well-maintained, especially for such a busy area. It has multiple ordering kiosks, which make the process much faster and more efficient – a definite plus when it’s crowded. Staff members were polite and managed the rush well, although service during peak hours can still take a bit of time. The menu offers the standard McDonald’s items, but you’ll also find some local Italian options, like the “McItaly” burger or tiramisu dessert – a fun twist for visitors. Prices are a bit higher than average, likely due to the central location, but still reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a quick, familiar meal in one of the busiest spots in Milan. Don’t expect gourmet, but if you’re craving fries and Wi-Fi near the Duomo, it definitely does the job."

"Usual McDonald's restaurant. But a few things make it very special, at least for me. A) I am Genovese, and its arrival in my town, so many years ago (I think at least 35) was an event. B) Genova was affected by some terrible floods in its lower areas, and the resilience of this & other shops in this neighborhood is an example. C) in Genova, shop workers are always, everywhere, very friendly & kind and, since I don't come frequently anymore in my hometown, this makes me feel home again. Why five stars?Inside this place lacks of enough space, yes. But... After all in Genova spaces are lacking everywhere... So, who really cares?"

"Crowded line most of the time. Basement is quite okay. Most of the people are buying burgers to rest in the basement dining area cos you can't find too much resting area in Genova especially under the summer sun. Nothing to say about food. Mac is Mac."
